Title: Software QA Engineer - Sr/ eCommerce or retail experience is must

Duration: 6+ months

·         Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products. Requires a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience.

·         4 – 6 years of experience as a QE in internet technologies, preferably e-commerce domain

·         Experience and knowledge in frontend technologies like javascript, node.js

·         Experience in writing comprehensive test plans and test cases for medium size projects

·         Experience in thorough test planning, test execution and test reporting

·         Ability to debug issues before handing them out to the development team

·         Hands on automation experience using selenium and testing preferable

·         3 plus years of experience testing scalable eCommerce applications or mobile software

·         Work with Java and other related technologies to plan and test robust high-performance and scalable applications for use within the @WalmartLabs product ecosystem

·         Experience in Continuous integration and Jenkins is a MUST

·         Can code along with developer in an agile environment is a MUST

·         Master in QA testing skills and agile processes

·         Focus on QA processes and metrics

·         Hands-on experience in UI automation, Backend/database automation and Web Service testing is a MUST

·         Experience in working with team in different geographical areas is a MUST

·         Basic data structure, good understanding of trees structure etc is a MUST

Title: Sr. Database Administrator

Location: San Bruno, CA

Duration: 6+ months

 

Cassandra experience is Must.

·         Build and support mission critical databases

·         Work closely with the application engineering team to model and build databases

·         End to end responsibility to engineer, build and maintain databases

·         Mentor peers and other engineers across the division in DB engineering best practices

·         Consult with engineering stakeholders regarding data insights

·         Do PoC on new technologies/features that will enhance DB scalability, availability and performance

·         Liaise with other technology counterparts including storage, network for a comprehensive solution to build a scalable DB infrastructure

·         Bachelors with? 6 years of relevant experience

·         UNIX troubleshooting commands. Shell/awk/perl - one of these is mandatory

·         Complete understanding of Oracle database architecture

·         Experienced at performing all routine DBA activities including install, upgrade, patching and database management.

·         Database migration using EXPDP,IMPDP, DB backup using RMAN

·         Should have done 2-5 RAC setup Should have done 2-5 DR setup using Data Guard

·         Should have performance troubleshooting skill, AWR report generation and detailed analysis

·         High level of confidence to perform DB switch overs, failovers, recovery

·         Should know to monitor database for performance bottlenecks

·         Operational experience in Golden Gate

·         Experience in MySQL and NoSQL databases like Cassandra is required

·         Experience in optimizing common SQL performance issues

·         Should have mandatorily worked on projects for DB upgrades, replication and migration Special requirement:

You will be responsible for implementing pixel perfect designs that balance challenging customer needs with application performance.

Requirements:

·         BS in Computer Science or related technical field required. MS/PhD is highly desirable.

·         Qualified Full Stack Engineer with strong emphasis on Front End Experience with proven experience with Augular.js, Backbone.js, Node.js and Javascript.

·         5-7 years of experience in Ruby on Rails, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, AJAX, Responsive Design, and general Web 2.0 techniques in the context of interactive Web Applications

·         5-7 years with Java, J2EE Technologies, Spring Framework, Hibernate, iBatis, POJO, with BE experience around Java and J2EE technologies.

·         5-7 years with XML and XSLT technology
