The Position

We are looking for an experienced ScrumMaster to join our Customer Experience Program Team. This position will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the assigned project teams in their activities and helping to keep the project(s) on track using Agile Scrum methodology/framework.  This role requires strong leadership, program and project management, effective communication and collaboration skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos

Plan, manage and communicate releases, goals, schedules, dependencies, procedures and tasks

Mitigate issues and elevate to management as necessary

Ensure successful completion of sprints within scope, budget, time and quality parameters

Coach and mentor the team as needed to reach their highest potential

Requirements:

2-5 years of Scrum Master experience with strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices and rules

Able to keep projects on track, build consensus amongst all stakeholders and deliver exceptional results

Must be able to lead a team to self-organization

Knowledge of the full SDLC, including various methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile SCRUM.

Experience in business analysis / requirements definition and risk management

Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Strong goal setting and task prioritization abilities

Education and Qualifications:

  • Certified SCRUM Master
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required. Master's degree or equivalent is highly desired.
  • Must have demonstrated ability for independent decision making, supporting diverse groups, and managing highly visible large-scale programs / projects.
  • Ability to work well in an extremely fast paced organization with heavy competition for scarce resources
