TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
1. Resolve tickets - stand. objects and customization, workflow, validation rules, VF pages, interfaces etc and complete functional capabilities
2. Analyze tickets, conduct RCA and suggest remediation plan
3. Engage in client interactions
4. May be required to work in shifts, to provide On call support
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Production Support and Maintenance
· Should have project management skills for managing onsite team and working in onsite offshore model
