ROLE:- Project Manager

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

·         Graduate in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.

·         Excellent estimation and planning skills.

·         Good business analysis skills.

·         Ability to track and report project progress periodically to all stakeholders.

·         Ability to define, track and report project performance indicators.

·         Ability to define, track and report project quality indicators.

·         Ability to define project budget and report burn rate.

·         Ability to identify risks in advance and devise mitigation plans.

·         Prior experience in working with senior management executives.

·         Prior experience in software services a plus.

·         Experience working with geographically distributed teams a plus.

·         Experience in more than one Software SDLC. Agile experience a plus.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Should have handled more than one SAP HCM US Payroll projects

Should have handled third party involvement in the HCM US Payroll projects

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Manage one or more projects for the  client. Work with senior management representatives the client to define and execute projects. This role is accountable for scope, schedule, cost and quality of assigned projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for all stakeholder communication.
