Out Client is in the process of transition to implement DevOps Operational Framework. This is project scheduled for 3 Phase delivery approach and each phase is for 6-12 Months durations.

Prefer someone with DevOps project implementation Experience.

 

Project Deliverables:

Assessment to evalutae Hilton's current Devps State and indetify their future idealized DevOps State

Produce Roapmap and Project Plans to get there

Prepare Future State DevOps Process

Launch a Team of Sr. DevOps Engineerings to implement the roadmap and project plans from the discovery phase without disrupting the team and tasks

Extend the New DevOps Framework to Scale for Hilton

Assess Current State

Visual Future State

Assess Documents ike Business Drivers, Strategic Summary of Proposed Solution

Best Practices and Recommendations

Prepare RoadMap

Extimated Level of Efforts

High Level Project Plans

Propose Team for implementation

Conduct Executive Workshops

Collaborate with Hilton Internal Staff

Team with Hilton DevOps Organization to tailor a DevOps Solution specific to their business needs

Collaborate with executives and task peformers to design the future state DevOps process and workflows

Architect and Engineer the future state DevOps pipeline defined by the vision

Demonstrate the new DevOps process on 1-3 automation ready applications

Document the new DevOps process/framework

Iteratively extend the pilot process at scale

Identify KPI's

Document all new tools, processess and procedures necessary to operate DevOps to meet with enterprise scale.
