Job Title  Sr.Technical Lead  Primary Skill  DOT NET Location  Galesburg (in Kalamazoo City), MI Job Description  Note: GC/Citizen Application development using o VC++/MFC/.Net/C# o SQL Server o Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) o MVVM architecture • Experience in designing User Interfaces using complex WPF controls in XAML markup • Should have experience in Designing/Implementing Composite and loosely coupled WPF applications using Unity, MEF or any other similar concepts. • Exposure to unit test frameworks like MSTest, nUnit, xUnit • Expert in OOPs concepts and strong understanding of Software Design principles and patters specially MVVM, Dependency Injection • .Net 3.5 & above frameworks and strong experience in various versions of C# (3.0, 4.0 5.0) programming language • Good amount of exposure to industrial protocols like CAN (J1939, CANOpen), Modbus etc • Experience utilizing Microsoft's development platforms (Desired) • Contribute to the software development efforts by contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of world class, high-performance, enterprise grade software applications. • Evaluate business requirements to determine potential solutions. • Work directly with stakeholders, engineering, and test to create high quality products that solve customer problems. • Propose and provide innovative, competitive technical solutions which can make significant business impact and provide value to stakeholders. • Provide work estimates and conduct design, implementation, and code reviews. • Develop and execute plans for incremental and interactive project delivery. • Author high-quality unit-tested code. • Work with test team to ensure adequate and appropriate test case coverage; investigate and fix bugs • Interview and provide technical assessments of potential engineer hires. • Mentor team members, assisting them in technical and process areas. Mandatory Skills: Technical / Soft Skills Expert in C#, .Net Windows Presentation Foundation - Good SQL server - Good MVVM Architecture - Good Desired Skills: Good in Microsoft's development platform, Problem-solving Job Requirement
