Hi Greetings for the day!                                                                                          Note: Passport Copy, Visa Copy and Id Proof is mandatory for Submission     Client  IRIS   Job Title  PeopleSoft BA  Primary Skill  PeopleSoft Developer Location  Parsippany, NJ Job Description  Job Description: • Perform analysis and daily functional support of the PeopleSoft Supply Chain modules and other non-Oracle applications that are of a high-level of complexity and business impact under minimal supervision. • Work closely with business personnel to understand and document the business requirements, and ensure that developed and purchased applications meet the business needs across the organization. Duties and Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day end-user application support as appropriate. • Elicit, document, and analyze assigned project's business/functional requirements, process flows, and use case scenarios • Collaborate with the PMO, QA and development teams • Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts • Understand and follow established business process methodology, standards, procedures, and guidelines • Participate in or lead efforts to evaluate, select and justify third party software, vendors and/or service providers. • Lead business requirement gathering activities of moderate to high complexity and medium to large size to support team assignments and objectives Professional Experience and Education • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems or related experiences • 8 years' experience working with business users in a formal Business Analyst role • 5 years' experience supporting a complex manufacturing environment on PeopleSoft (preferred) or similar enterprise class ERP system • Industry experience in specific business and ERP modules in one or more major functional areas such as Order Management, Production Management, Supply Chain Management • Certified Business Analysis Professional Certification or similar certification is a plus • APICS CPIM Certification • APICS CSCP Certification  Job Requirement
