Technical/Functional Skills

·         Facilitates the identification and documentation of business architecture throughout the business case life-cycle to meet enterprise needs, including strategic architecture activities and coordinating and executing the transition and ongoing management of business architecture.

·         Takes ownership/stewardship of enterprise business architecture vision and direction, providing communication and education.

·         Communicates business needs to develop integrated solutions across business areas and Systems.     

·         Effectively utilizes business architecture tools Understands and complies with business architecture standards and practices.

·         Facilitates the development of business architecture.

·         May assume a leadership role on business architecture efforts.        

·         Demonstrates proficiency in using State Farm business architecture tools.     

·         Demonstrates business acumen.    

·         Navigates the State Farm organization to complete assignments.      

·         May create communication strategies and gather appropriate information to develop communications targeted to a broad audience.    

·         Demonstrates ability to prioritize and handle multiple work assignments.
