Florida has more wrongful convictions than any other state, proof of flaws in the system. The poor and people of color are primary targets, another injustice. And for me and for many, killing is wrong. Human life, all life, is sacred. I need $1,000 to organize a lobby day and press conference at the Capitol and build a network of activists working on this critical issue."
