Other Information          :          

Experience in Monitoring, Incident management, Problem Management process. Onsite/Offshore co-ordinator role and expected to do day to day monitoring/Incident management work apart from co-ordination

·         Excellent communication skills- This is the critical factor in deciding the candidate after the Technical skills
·         Windows 2003/2008 clear understanding of basic principles in Server Administration
·         Knowledge in Microsoft IIS Web Server Administration skills ( Version 6/7), Webfarms and Clusters
·         Manage/Administer Remote Desktop services, Microsoft exchange 2010 , DNS and DHCP
·         Experience in Monitoring tools in BMC patrol and knowledge on Load Balancers (BIGIP/F5)
·         Experience in Onsite/Offshore model is a must and willing to  do onsite /offshore co-ordination -50% of time will be spent on that
·         MCSE/MCSA certification will be a plus
