Hindu University of America (www.hua.edu) expresses its deepest anguish at the tragic violence leading to the cold blooded murder of six devotees and critical injury to many others, at the Guru-dwara (Sikh Temple) in Oak Creek, WI. Students, staff, Faculty and management of HUA stand together with millions of Americans in this trying times for the Sikh community of Oak Creek and their loved ones.
We condemn this brutal act of terror and extend all possible support to the members of Oak Tree Guru-dwara, in ensuring the safety and support to the community. We pray that peace and harmony return to the community, the injured recover their full health and the departed soul find and eternal peace.
Hindu University of America urges all law enforcement authorities to take appropriate steps in protection and safety of all Sikhs in USA.
