Job Title WMB Developer Experience Level A/SA Location Westborough, MA Type of hire CT/CTH Duration 6+ months     Job Description   \Must Have Skills: IBM Message broker, IBM MQ, Message broker with Java, SOA   Must have extensive experience with IBM Message broker design/development. Good communication skills are a must. Candidate should have flexibility in acquiring new skills and a flair towards management of large teams. Should be  knowledgeable is SOA principles, Java nodes usage in MB, worked with projects  involving variety of IBM stack tools like MQ FTE, Datapower etc   Desired Skills:   Task management ability, should be keen on keeping up to date on Analytical solution, staying informed as to industry practices, knowing how to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs. Should be able to advice the Client teams during architectural discussions and provide design analysis/recommendations. Experience in Datapower and MQFTE is nice to have but not mandatory.   Job Roles / Responsibilities:      ·         Ability for driving requirements gathering sessions and managing issue resolution directly with business teams etc. ·         Architect/design the project interfaces, co-ordinate with offshore for delivery, support testing with client business teams. ·         Design and build cross functional solutions adhereing to Industry best practices ·         Work to troubleshoot application integration issues across multiple business silos and provide re-architecture roadmaps and maintenance procedures for issue resolutions. ·         Independent decision making capability during day-to-day activities as well as during exigent circumstances.         Note: We can sponsor any work visas (H1B, L1, H1B1, E3, Green Card (GC) if required, for qualified candidates.
