Job Roles / Responsibilities: Ø Configure services and security policies, and configure IBM DataPower appliances Ø Support system tests and performance tests including tuning the device and services for performance Ø Participate in issue identification and resolution. Ø Understand IBM Web Sphere MQ and connectivity with datapower Ø Comfortable in creation and working with IBM PMRs Ø Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the data power platform, also create support tickets and work with IBM as needed. Ø Maintain documentation related to infrastructure and architecture of integration systems. Ø Gather and Analyze Error Reports Ø Handling Out of Memory Issues and Memory leaks Ø Large Debug Logs and monitoring service Probes, and also handling Scalability Concerns Ø Implementing Troubleshooting and Debugging techniques Ø Problem Ticket creation and Management Ø Understand and Implement the Operating Procedures. Ø Coordinates development activities with offshore. Working on Designing the flows Ø Works on configuration and release management of code and deployable artifacts to various environments. Ø Works on developing code to satisfy architectural designs and specifications. Ø Works on bug fixes to release critical defects if required. Ø Overall service solution for one or more service work streams Ø Provide cohesion across entire service work stream – ensuring design reflects requirements, and construction reflects design. And finally delivery across all SDLC environment Ø Completion of Service Design, Service Design Doc and associated artifacts – e.g. WSDLs, Request/Response Schemas, Context and Sequence Diagrams Ø Alignment of service and operations with SOA Service Model Ø Work with SOA Service Analyst on CIM schema definition/design/construction Ø Do code reviews/spot checks |
