Position : Business Analyst with Application Development
Duration : 6 months
Location : Basking Ridge,NJ

Mandatory Skills:
FACETS experience


Detailed Description 

• - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - 5+ years of System Analysis and Systems Configuration experience
  
•   5+ years of experience working in the different phases of development.
  
•   5 + years of healthcare insurance industry experiences, with knowledge of government run programs 
  
• 5+ years of Relational Database experience
  
•  5+ years of writing system requirements
• Understanding of data gathering/analysis  Knowledge of the Software(System) Development Life Cycle
• Experience working with test plans and test cases
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions " "
  

MUST HAVE:

•  Facets Experience in following areas
  
•  NewtorX Facets Pricing configuration 
  
• Core Facets Pricing configuration - Facets Provider application knowledge
  
• understanding of provider networks, relationship to pricing agreements 
  
• Hospital & Medical Claims experience 
  
• Be able to troubleshoot and resolve pricing errors 
  
• Processing Control Agent (desirable) 
  
• Candidate must be able to document and recomend the best configuration approach when there are multiple options in Facets 
  
• Analysis on existing configuration and understand CSP configuration standards
  
• Take source documents (Providers Contracts, Spreadsheets, BRS, etc), review and analyze to determine how to configure pricing agreements 
  
• Write up a detailed step by step configuration summary document which outlines the requirements or contract language for specific pricing agreements 
  
•  Needs to understand data model tables and fields in order to run queries to support the analysis required "
