Experience Summary:

• 6 years of experience in the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementing and Testing Client/server application using Microsoft SQL Server and BI suite(SQL 2005/2008).
• Strong technical knowledge in MS SQL Server development including DTS, Microsoft Analysis Services, Performance tuning, Reporting, Designing logical/physical databases and Troubleshooting.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Knowledge on integration of BI suite of products with Microsoft Office range of products like MOSS (SharePoint), Business Scorecard Manager, Dashboards, Performance Point Server.
• Experience with working on Performance Point Server to identify KPI 'S, build score boards, reports and dash boards
• Experience in Database Development, Modeling, Data Ware Housing, Design and Technical Management.
• Expert in creating the MDX cubes and dimensions (SSAS).
• Experience in Dimensional Modeling, Designing of Star, Snow Flake Schemas.
• Experience in creating SSIS packages using Error Handling.
• Experience in various Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) tasks using SSIS including tools like BCP utility, DTS and SSIS (2005 / 2008) Packages with proper control & data flow elements.
• Experience in enhancing and deploying the SSIS Packages from development server to production server.
• Migration of SSRS reports from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008.
• Proficiency in creating different types of reports such as Cross-Tab, Drill-down, Top N, Summary, Form, OLAP and Sub reports, and formatting them using both SSRS 2005/2008
• Experience in deploying created reports in various sources like Web browser, XML and PDF.
• Experience in writing complex SQL queries involving multiple tables inner and outer joins, stored procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in technical writing and presentations and a good team player.
