Overview:
Sr. Developer (Identity Access Management / J2EE) needed.
This position supports COMPANY 's Application Access Management initiative. Initial focus will be participation in an enterprise wide project to implement a new Identity and Access Management solution, subsequently will support and enhance the solution.
The candidate will have experience in all aspects of an SDLC lifecycle including the analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of information systems and acting as interface with customers and other developers to determine the most efficient and cost-effective approach to meet business requirements.
This hand's on technical role requires strong Java development skills, XML based workflows design, Web application architecture and Web services and also utilize a variety of hardware and software technologies and may include new code construction, modifications to existing modules, and/or package implementation. Incumbents apply disciplined software development processes and utilize leading edge technologies to engineer and implement their automated solutions to business problems.
Please make sure to submit resumes that are not just purely Java related, but in addition the candidates also need Identity and Access Management experiences with IBM Tivoli or any other identity manager integration.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
Tools & Technology:
• Experience with J2EE, Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
• Experience with the following technologies: XML, Service Provisioning Markup Language (SPML) / SOAP, HTML
• Experience with Web and Application Servers (WebSphere or Weblogic)
• Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
• Experience with Databases (Oracle, UDB, MSSQL etc).
• Experience with Directories (LDAP, Active Directory or RACF).
• Experience with enterprise systems (SIEBEL, PeopleSoft) a plus.
• Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell, etc) a plus.
• AJAX experience a plus
• Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) or Enterprise roles-based access control (EBAC) a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with internal clients and IT partners.
• Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).
• Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus.
• TIM / TAM experience a plus
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with minimum 7 years of experience.
• 3-5 years of professional work experience as a senior developer / analyst with enterprise software.

Responsibilities:
• Analyzes and documents customer business requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs
• Participates in day to day support, maintenance of systems, troubleshooting, resolving all related issues with Vendor and other IT partners.
• Contributes to or may produce complete designs of business solutions, including assessing project resource requirements and estimates.
• As needed, develops/modifies programs and/or customizes applications to meet COMPANY business needs.
• Evaluates and select tools necessary to build and support applications.
• Participates in systems integration efforts to ensure new or modified systems operate effectively in the environment.
• Conducts tests including user acceptance tests
• May lead installation of new or modified systems, providing post-implementation support.
