Duration: 6 Months

Location: Torrance, CA

JD for Avaya Requirement

L3 Avaya Support

• Engineering Graduate with Good communication Skills
• CCNA or ACA certified must
• Above 5 yrs of Hands on experience on S8700, CMS ,AES, VM ,WFM and IVR
• Knowledge on S8700 with G650 and G 450Knowledge on Avaya Contact Centers like Split and Skill
• Good on creating of Extension, Trunks, Coverage path and Hunting.
• Knowledge on MACD and basic Trouble shooting must in, VDN,VEC, Routing
• Hands on experience in backups
• Preferred ACS (Avaya certified Specialist)
• Knowledge on PDS and Genesis will add advantage.
• Good knowledge on MACD , VDN,VEC, Routing and backups
• Preferred ACS (Avaya certified Specialist)
• Knowledge on Upgrades of Hardware and Firmware, integration with Non Avaya products
• Knowledge on Project management ( Good hands on MPP and MS visio)
