Title:  Maximo Developer 

Location: Marysville, OH.

Duration: 6 months

 

Required Skills and Experience: 
- Proficient in Java development; Java, SQL Server 2000/2005, HTML, CSS JavaScript, XML

- Proficient in WebSphere (including version 6), Maximo (including version 6.2), and Actuate (version 8) administration

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills

- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

- Experience in using stored procedures, cursors, triggers, functions and views to carry out transactions with database

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to mentor others as needed

- Excellent communication skills; comfortable requesting information from others and providing verbal and written communication to a team

- Ability to develop unit and system integration test plans and execute them to ensure quality

- Proven structured testing knowledge

- Proficient in Object Oriented Design and Development using best practices and design

- Ability to travel in US and Canada

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Understanding of TCP/IP networking

- Conceptual understanding of highly available systems

- Experience with configuration Management tools such as CVS, Visual SourceSafe

- Knowledge of Active Directory, TIM/TAM, WebSphere Portal Server

- Knowledge of waterfall, SDLC, RUP
