Job Title: Siebel Business Analysts
Location: Salem, OR
Duration: (3-6) months Contract
Interview: Phone
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Develop functional specification for Siebel CRM applications
Perform testing to ensure solutions meet the business needs.
Work with IT management assess project pipelines and align resources based on capacity.
Complete projects on time meeting the needs of the business using agreed upon budget.
Work with business users and Siebel technical teams to deliver the projects / changes.
Consistently deliver high quality service to business users
Implement common standard work processes globally and map As is and To Be business processes.
Collect the requirements for business processes optimization for services.
Recommend information technology solutions to streamline business process using Siebel CRM application and increase the utilization of application to gain productivity and efficiency.
5+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting Siebel CRM application.
Project management capabilities and the ability to follow a specific project management methodology.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Experience in Siebel Marketing module is a plus.
Oracle ERP system and Oracle Business Intelligence Reporting applications experience or similar background is plus.
