Senior Engineering Specialist - Nortel CS100

Location : Memphis,TN
Duration : 6 Months


4 Position

Nortel CS1000 knowledge, manage MAC & Break/Fix vendors, interface with internal customers
Programming/Scipting.
Provide Tier 1 and  Tier 2  support for MAC & Break/Fix
Troubleshoot issues related to Agents, scripting etc
Co-ordinate with OEM vendors for resolving recurring issues.
Performs changes, upgrades on Nortel.
