* SR Business Analyst. Resource will be an individual contributor working
with a larger functional and technical team to migrate functionality for
store design and construction business team from a legacy platform to a new
enterprise standard platform. Resource will focus on the reporting area
specifically but will be required to work with other team members to
understand the overall business process, requirements, and design. The
resource will be required to work with team members from multiple vendors
and LBI.

Application / Skill Expertise Required:
* Knowledge of the following is preferred but not required:
* SAP BW
* SAP Bex Reporting
* Crystal Reporting

Responsibilities:
* IN the context of reporting - Facilitate sessions with business user to define requirements, document those requirements.
o Facilitate sessions with business users to define future state processes
and document those processes.
o Participate in the recommendations of technology use, gap analysis between tools capabilities and desired requirements, and resolution of the gaps through process or technology.
o Document all processes including interactions with the tools or with other
users.
o Risk identification
o Participate in project or solution testing including any of the following;
identifying test scenarios, writing test scripts, and executing some test
scripts to ensure requirements have been met.
o Provide input to organizational change management in the form of
assessments of readiness for business to change, impacts to business users, key messages to facilitate understanding for the business users of the
changes.
* Provide status reporting as required to the project manager and direct
supervisor.
