Livelink Administrator
Findlay, OH, United States
12 months
Extensive experience in Content Server CS 10 and Livelink 9.0 and above, end-to-end implementation in windows environment
Should have good knowledge in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Livelink Modules
Understanding of Livelink schema with demonstrated ability to write Live Reports and Web Reports
Familiarity with Load Balancers and monitoring tools for Livelink servers.
Livelink Enterprise Archive (LEA)
Administers searches and management of indexes
Experience in Records management and physical object modules
Prior experience with Livelink integration to SharePoint 2007/2010 will be an added advantage
Knowledge of SQL databases, Windows server operating system and LDAP
Knowledge on ECM-10 version upgrade will be an added advantage
Indentify and perform root cause analysis for major outages and issues
Identify and recommend new tools and procedures that will lead to improve the application performance
Maintains current technical expertise.
Ensure that technical and functional documentation for Livelink environment are maintained up to date.
Experience in Incident Management and SLA Adherance
2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly preferred.
