Position Title:  Project Manager

Location:          Chicago     , IL

Duration:          2.5 Months

Position Description:
For medium complexity initiatives, the following skills/experience is required: project planning & design, systems development life cycle, estimating, project tracking, resource management, change management, risk manage ment, coaching, negotiating, influencing, budget & financial planning & tracking, problem solving, relationship management, scope management, issue management, facilitation, effective communication, executive level status reporting, Clarity (Open Workbench). The following skills are required for projects run out of the IT PMO: MS Project, PMP certification, subject matter expertise in an IT discipline.

Skills Required:

Project Manager for Regulatory Implementations/HCM/Provider Network domains:

Excellent facilitation & communication skills
Excellent documentation and document retention skills
Ability to synthesize complex information
Strong consultative skill set, including experience in matrixed environment
Comfort level partnering with and delivering to Sr. Level Management
Proven ability to organize team quickly & effectively
Experience with budgets, project plans, key project artifacts
Flexible / Adaptable to changing environ ment
Quick Start & Self-directing individual with creative thinking to support short deadlines
Ability to work under direction from stakeholders
Ability to quickly analyze situations/issues/risks and escalate to decision makers impacts on project milestones
Knowledge of Healthcare industry
Extensive knowledge of MS Project and MS office; Working knowledge of Clarity/Open Workbench
Experience with Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC Framework)

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge or experience in Regulatory implementations, ACA, and Health Insurance Industry
Experience at Health Care Service Corporation or a Client health plan
Experience with Cisco Conference/WebEx Services Thanks and Regards
