Financial System Test Lead - Property and Casualty Insurance

Morristown, NJ

6 months+                          

    Have system knowledge of financial application managing different subsystems like Commission System, Expense Allocation System(Budget Planning), Accounts Payable and Receivable System, Check Writer System, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Contingent commission, Disbursement etc

    Must possess strong financial system testing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills  (written and verbal)

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree

    +5 years experience in Property and Casualty Insurance (commercial or personal lines)

    +5 years experience with P&C Policy Administration Systems (in-depth knowledge)

    +5 years experience with Commercial Policy Premium Rating and Forms 

    Ability to verify screens, fields, reports and database

    Experience utilizing formal QA methodologies, standards, best practices, processes and/or procedures

    Accenture's DuckCreek policy administration software product for Property & Casualty Insurance

    Experience with interfaces - monitoring, problem resolution, balance and controls

    Possess strong knowledge of formal development methodologies (SDLC, SCRUM, RUP)

2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly 

preferred.
