Job Title:TIBCO Consultant
Location:Las Vega,Nevada.
Duration: 12+ Contract.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have a proven background in messaging track for at least 5-7 years, 8-10 year in the industry
Must be able to work with Project architect, Project manager in assisting with requirements analysis
Be able to self-start with minimum documents and supervision to understand current solution landscape
Be able to work with dynamic business demands that tend to change the course of direction as business learns more about the potential impact due to new discoveries during requirement gathering or during feature releases
Must be able to take ownership of his/her mistakes and be open to correct it as team moves together during product lifecycle
Takes pride and ownership in making sure his/her deliverables are working as expected across all environments before it goes to production
Takes pride in making sure his/her deliverables are working as expected for the cool down period in production
Assists L2 production support team in knowledge transfer before production go live and after go-live in investigating production bugs as needed
