there is an interesting misconception here and it is that "this scene is an exception ."  Actually, cooperation and collaboration and connection is the norm in the "wild."  there are way more symbiotic relationships on our planet that "hostile" or aggressive ones.  

Its unfortunate that the stories of cooperation and mutual benefit don't sell nearly as much advertising as stories of competition, agression and pain.
