Position: Technical Architect/Data Modeler
Location: Ridgefield, CT
Duration: CTH/Fulltime
Description:
Mandatory Skills (MANDATORY):
· Data Warehouse Architect
· Data Modeling
· Informatica
Required:
· Total 8+ years of IT Experience
· 6+ Years of Experience in Designing and Architecting data warehouse and marts
· Ability to Independently manage guide technical team both at onsite and offshore
· Define technical requirements, technical and data architectures for the data warehouse
· Develop Logical & Physical Data Model based on requirements
· Ensuring models are in compliance with Naming Standards & Metadata Standards.
· Assist ETL Developer in developing source to Client mapping
· Prior experience in working on Informatica ETL tool
· Address any performance and tuning related issues architecturally
· Define technical requirements, technical and data architectures for the data warehouse
· Develop Logical & Physical Data Model based on requirements
· Ensuring models are in compliance with Naming Standards & Metadata Standards.
· Assist ETL Developer in developing source to Client mapping
· Prior experience in working on Informatica ETL tool
· Address any performance and tuning related issues architecturally
· Assist the team in trouble shooting SIT and UAT issues
Other:
· Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
· Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure environment with changing priorities
· Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
· Must possess solid oral and written communication skills
