8 years' professional experience within IT or a related field
• 2 years' additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years' experience with full lifecycle IT project management
• Experience managing IT Security projects on a global-scale
• Strong Project Management methodology and project lifecycle understanding
• Proven leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior management
• Security or risk management certifications, credentials or experience (e.g. CISSP)
• PMI, PMP or other project management certification is preferred
• Strong analytical and business diagnostic skills
• Proven ability working cross-functionally with diverse groups and with senior level management
• Stellar communication skills both written and verbal
