Job Title: SharePoint Developer
Location: McLean, VA
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Job Description:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software development;
• 4 years of relevant experience and specialized training or certification in SharePoint development
• Strong SharePoint Workflow experience including Enterprise Workflows ( SharePoint Designer and Nintex)
• Experience producing the Level of Effort (LOE) for project requirements deliverables
• Deep experience in IT solution delivery and SharePoint Architecture
• Familiar with development and change life cycles for both EUCs and Applications.
• Hands-on experience with Build and Deployment tools and languages
• Proficient in documenting and communicating ideas clearly
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter; collaborative; problem-solver
• Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple priorities
• Capable of working independently
• Knowledge of SharePoint Best Practices
• Microsoft SharePoint Certification desired
