POSITION: Cisco Collaboration (Voice) CCIE
LOCATION: Washington, DC
DURATION: Long Term
Job Description:
Freddie Mac is deploying an On-site Cisco voice solution. Currently Freddie Mac is using a Cisco hosted voice solution (HCS). The project team will be planning, designing, lab testing, deploying, deployment testing (component level failure validation) transition and troubleshooting.
· Cisco Collaboration CCIE engineer to support all aspects of the project
· Providing: design, product research, use cases, test cases, and documentation.
· Also provide support for Non-Cisco products for example CDR system, E911, Carrier SIP, I&M archiving, Nortel integration, IPC integration.
· Will be required to meet time lines and assigned task.
· During the testing and deployment phase nights and weekend work will be required.
