Job Title: SOA Architect with IIB experience
Location: New York City, New York

 

Job Description:

Location: The candidate needs to be open for all the locations – but mostly his location would be NYC.

 

 Technical Architect with Strong Integration experience

10+ Years of experience in Java/ J2EE application development and integration services such as message bus.

Minimum 2+ years of expertise with IIB (IBM Integration Bus).

·         IBM Integration Bus (IIB) hands-on expertise

·         IIB v10 is the latest but we won't be able to find resources as this is very new.  IIB v9 or WMB (Websphere Message Broker) v8 with little bit of IIB v9 is ok too

·         Web Services development – full development cycle; must have hands-on and must be able to perform from a Tech Lead role

·         Plan, Manage and Deliver technical projects working across geographies

 

Experience implementing service-oriented (SOA) architectures and web services.

Hands on Knowledge with Spring frameworks is preferable.

Event driven architecture leveraging high throughput, real-time stream processing tools..

Proven ability to lead engineering teams and provide architectural recommendations and guidance.

Engineering and Implementing enterprise level software applications.

Providing front end architectural direction to department teams.

Strong analytical ability and focused attention to detail.

Experience working in a team environment, preferably an agile/scrum team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong desire to learn new things.
