• Strong architectural experience in Integration/BizTalk space with minimum 12 years of experience.
• Possess a firm understanding of object-oriented analysis and design
• Define and provide continuous improvement of Integration processes and procedures based on industry standards
• Provide best practices for all aspects of the project lifecycle and deliver quality solutions that meet business requirements
• Provide technical vision and subject matter expertise for integration technologies
• Oversee solution architects in delivering reusable, extensible, and standardized solution across multiple projects
• Coordinate activities with other internal and external organizations assigned to projects
• Analyze the current IT portfolio to identify opportunities for improvements such as expanding capacity, reducing complexity, reducing time and cost, and increasing effectiveness
• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural plans, and work with internal and external resources to drive the plans to completion
• Evaluate and select technical solutions based on business requirements and standards
• Research and present industry best practices to IT and business stakeholders at all levels
• Gather and analyze performance measurement feedback through load testing, profiling, and log analysis
• Guides application development personnel through a defined integration process resulting in a finalized system
• Provide support to projects in understanding and negotiating requirements from multiple and diverse stakeholders
• Collects, documents, and diagrams business system architectures and data flows
• Ensure performance monitoring of the applications and recommend improvements as needed
