This position ensures that technology initiatives meet business requirements and function as defined. The person in this position mitigates the risk of changes to the current production environment by testing, coordinating, and overseeing testing issue resolution.
This position will manage and coordinate testing activities for medium to large projects and ensures and maintains the stability of the testing environment to ensure testing activities are successfully completed. This position will also resolve and coordinate testing issues with IT development teams, vendors, and business users and will create documentation and reports for test results and defect trends and analyze data in order to make recommendations to management. In addition, 5 years of experience within a technical environment and experience designing and implementing quality assurance standards and processes. Excellent oral and written communications skills are a must.

Sr. System Architect

The Senior System Architect is responsible for designing creative, scalable systems and software solutions for Billing, Offers, Order Management and Middleware (BOOM) systems supporting the B2C and B2B Marketing team initiatives/projects inside T-Mobile. The Senior Systems Architect will lead complex and strategic projects and will provide architecture guidance and solutions to our business partners in Marketing, Channel Management, B2B, B2C, Customer Delivery and many others to execute strategic business and EIT projects. Senior Architect will contribute to defining and maintaining architecture and technology standards and best practices for applications within their domain and related domains such as, middleware, databases and including both in-house development as well as third-party applications. Provide guidance and direction to project teams to ensure compliance with the standards and best practices. Evaluate and recommend technologies and techniques for applicability to T-Mobile systems.
Responsibilities
·Serve as Lead or Contributing Architect on multiple strategic projects representing and driving architectural design deliverables for Revenue and Customer Management systems – including Billing, Equipment installment plans, third party billing, and customer management / customer MDM applications
