Primary skills: Success Factors lead profiles with On boarding implementation

 


Note:  Please share only Recruiting/On boarding certified candidates
 
Must Have Skills:
Minimum 1 year implementation experience with certifications in Success Factors Talent Management Module (on boarding with implementation experience)
 
•             Full life cycle Success Factors implementation experience as the primary consultant
•             HCM process knowledge in order to facilitate best practice discussions
•             Proven client facing and communication skills

 
Desired Skills:
•             SAP HCM functional or technical knowledge
 
Project Details:
Success Factors implementation/Business process Transformation Consultant
 
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
 
Functional/Success Factors Implementation Consultant:
Ideal candidate will be able to independently plan for activities related to their own work stream for the full lifecycle of the project supported by the project manager.
In addition to planning, functional consultants are expected to perform following activities:
•             To-be process design using best practice guidelines
•             Map to-be processes to Success Factors design workbooks
•             Configure Success Factors to meet requirements

•             Produce Functional, Integration and UAT scenarios
•             Assist with cutover planning
                Provide post go-live support.
