Role:-  Data Architect/Modeler

 

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:-

·         Experience in P&C Insurance industry is a must.

·         Experience with Insurance Industry Solution Frameworks & Models (such as ACORD, IIW, IAA, etc.)

·         Must have Data Architecture & Modeling expertise for systems like Operational, ODS, BI/Data Warehouse/Marts, ETL/Data Integration, Big Data & Analytics in Insurance applications

·         Must have expertise in Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Analysis, Metadata Management, MDM, Data Archival and Data Migration areas

·         Experience with multiple Databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.)

·         Must have excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills

·         experience defining Data Dictionary and Metadata

·         ERWIN Tool, RDBMS

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Engage client Architects, Business SMEs and other stakeholders throughout Solution/Data Architecture and implementation lifecycle and recommend effective solutions aligned with client's goals & objectives

·         Provide leadership in implementing Data Management solutions such as DW, ODS, Data Marts, Data Quality, MDM, Metadata Management, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, etc.

·         Provide thought leadership in Insurance Data Management & Data Architecture space and bring industry perspective to solve a variety of Customers' problems

·         Lead a team of Data Analysts/Modelers and guide them throughout the system implementation life cycle
