Overview:

• The client, one of the largest berry growers in the world has been involved in a company wide HR Transformation from manual operations to Systems.   The goal of the UI Designer/Web Developer is to provide the technical expertise to developer and integrate their Career Page on their Global Website.  The client is using Workday to integrate their Career site.
• The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation
• Required: 
• Must have experience creating and developing websites with the integration of a Talent Management Systems: Workday ( Preferred ) ; Taleo ; Successfactors
• Must have experience with analyzing situations and identify alternative solutions with associated pros and cons.
• Must be very creativity and technically savvy
• Experience and understanding SharePoint capabilities 
• Must have experience with Backend Database connections
• Expert knowledge and experience in one or more development languages (C++/Java/HTML/HTML5/.NET/Python/Wise/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery) is required. Certification is desired.
• Expert knowledge and experience with cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), and Security Principles
• Ability to solve problems and translate policies into daily routine operations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Technology industry.
