Sr. SCALA Framework Developer REMOTE!

Senior SCALA Developer/ Must have Scala ,AKKA,PLAY or any other Scala Frameworks-100% Remote and Skype/Interviews Next Week

This group is responsible for code applications and platforms. They build platforms that many groups use at Comcast.  This will be all backend work
 

Dev/Ops/QA for the above platform. The engineer will be paired with others to work on core components, but will also be responsible for functional, integration testing, deployment and operating the platform in production. Operations includes: Customer troubleshooting, production issues tackling and resolution etc. The platform is largely stable and customer issues are few and far in between.
We are an agile development shop, with two week sprints. We have implemented CI/CD for the portal, but plan on using it for the platform in the future also.

Skills:

• 4-6 years Scala Experience needed!
• Experience with Akka, Play needed
• Functional programming experinence needed
• DevOps shop - needs to be OK wtih automated development
