Position: Salesforce Architect
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 10 Months Contract
Qualifications:
As Client's Salesforce Architect, you'll work on building high quality, architecturally sound systems that are aligned with our client's business needs. You'll think globally when building systems, ensuring we build high performing, scalable systems that fit well together.
This is a highly visible and fast paced role within Client and will collaborate with multiple clients, projects and business leaders. The ideal candidate is a deep technologist with a proven track record of building large scalable systems, creative thinker, problem solver, and very comfortable with defining & setting direction. An integral part of the role is a deep understanding of salesforce.com technology and infrastructure best practices.
The Solution Architect will think strategically when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. They will excel in the areas of on long term technological capability and operating cost optimization. They will be adept at influencing change/improvement on the project they work on.
The successful candidate must be a visionary leader, builder, and operator as well as deeply passionate about solving the toughest technology challenges in the collaboration, social, and web 2.0 industries today. A confident and strong presence is required, representing the company as a technical thought leader in large scale infrastructures and cloud platforms.
The candidate must be excited by working at scale and designing distributed systems to solve a number of problems that have been traditionally addressed by vertically scaling and often expensive technology solutions. They'll be intensely customer focused; understanding customers' challenges and constantly looking for ways to solve them. The candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
· BS degree or higher with 8+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience
· Salesforce.com Developer and Advanced Developer Certification
· Demonstrated passion for customer experience and usability, including successful delivery of customer self‐service tools and automated management/optimization of services, and a strong services orientation.
· Experience managing complex projects, with significant bottom‐line impact
· Experience leading development life cycle process and best practice.
· Excellent articulation and communication skills
· Very strong technical leadership and ability to command respect at all levels of the organization
· Ability to contribute to multiple projects/demands simultaneously
