Location: Minneapolis
Duration: 2 year contract
Excellent Comm Skills Needed
1st Round – 30 minute phone screen with PCM
2nd Round – 60 Minute – Skype/In Person (depending on location) with various PM and BAs

Javascript Experience

XSD experience
XSLT experience
Must have extensive data analysis/mapping experience
Experience with "Back-end" data processing and batch processing systems, and multi-system integration

Self-sufficient/self-starter – CRITICAL
Works well with Project Managers and requires little direction/takes initiative – CRITICAL
Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured software development methodologies
Fast and efficient, but thorough and methodical
Superior time management skills
Produces high-quality work, thinking through all scenarios and ensuring complete coverage of requirements
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work on several projects simultaneously
Experience writing requirements for large system integration projects
Experience working with Offshore development team
