Position : Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Developer

 

Location:  St. Louis, MO

 

Duration: Long Term

 

 Required Skills:

• 2+ years' experience developing in/working with Salesforce CRM software.

• 2+ years of coding experience in any of the following technologies:

o Java

o .NET

o PHP

o Python

o Ruby

o The Force.com framework (Apex and Visualforce).

• Experience in application development and integration using Salesforce.com's SOAP, REST and Bulk API.

• Ability to demonstrate critical, analytical thinking in all aspects of the job – technical and non-technical.

• Ability to be highly productive, both working independently and in close collaboration within a team environment.

• Ability to multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and managerial), and in a wide range of settings (e.g., one-on-one, small group, in person, conference calls and via e-mail)

 

Preferred Skills:

• Four year (Bachelor degree) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in IT, or 10 years of work related experience in lieu of degree.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project).

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.

• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, oral and written communication skills to include ability to facilitate meetings comprised of business and IT representatives.

• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Strong written and verbal communication (ability to translate between business and technical concepts)
