Job Title	:	Data Analyst
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	5 years Development Experience as Data Migration consultant with  BOACransoft, SQL Working knowledge
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art engineering technical approaches in design, build, testing, debugging problems as required by domain BOA Cransoft tool experience preferred Working experience in SQL experience with SAP Data Migration / Conversion projects required SAP knowledge is added advantage
Experience Required		5 years Development Experience as Data Migration consultant with  BOA Cransoft, SQL Working knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities	:	-Work on data extractors and loaders (BOA Cransoft) -Leverage technical expertise(of Cransoft Toolset) to automate manual processes where appropriate -Provide data migration skill set and knowledge to participating multi-disciplinary internal and external project teams -Manage the data conversion to ensure the tools are developed and utilized successfully -Assist in preparing the business for managing master data during migration and post go live. -Responsible for data management activities, including Data Assessment, cleansing, Data conversion, Outlining strategy, process and policy - Responsible for data migration and conversion activities such as extracting, migrating and reconciliation of data -Assist in communication and implementation of Data Migration Strategy. -Develop Data load tools using BOA Cransoft tool set -Assist the business and internal project team in completing the data reconciliation. -Communicate with the business and internal project team while defining the data management standards with data quality.
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Coordination with multiple development teams, vendor teams & onsite/offshore teams Good written/verbal communication skills
Education	:	Graduate
