Quality Assurance Performance Tester

 

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

 

Required Skills

 

·         4+ years of experience

·         Advanced technical knowledge, with hands on experience in new and legacy computing architectures and environments (e.g., client/server, Web, mainframe).

·         Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.

·         Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

·         Thorough knowledge of QA strategy, process and bug tracking tools.

·         Knowledge of Data warehouse and Business Objects.

·         Knowledge of relational databases and database applications (Oracle or Microsoft SQL). Oracle sql query experience preferred.

·         Experience with automated testing tools. Previous experience with IBM Rational tools in highly desirable.

·         Previous experience with dynaTrace and/or application health evaluation technologies is highly desirable

·         Experience with executing performance test cases and test scripts and application health evaluation assessment.

·         Must be able to work on multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and deal with conflicting priorities. Having the ability to multitask is a must.

·         Having the ability to work individually and within a team is must.

·         Previous experience with global initiatives or projects utilizing virtual teams is required.

·         Previous experience planning and executing testing on projects involving an agile or iterative development methodology is desirable.

·         Previous, hands on experience in application development is highly desirable.

·         Extensive knowledge in web application technologies is a must.

·         Travel Requirement: 10%

 

Educational Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
