Role : VM Ware Architect

Location: Oakland, CA

Duration:  12+ months Contract

 

Job Description:
Responsible for VMWare Infrastructure and day to day operations

Participate in design reviews and delivery of highly available and scalable Virtual infrastructure and servers

Manage and review the design of  vSphereinfrastructure,Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, vCloud Director

Knowledge On VCENTER ,VCOPS ,VSRM, VCM, VCAC AND STORAGE KNOWLEDGE (3PAR , EVA)

Inform management on a timely basis of progress, status and/or concerns for each assignment, communicates clearly and effectively with senior management on technical issues, coordinating with appropriate management personnel in implementing change

understand and review business requirement for growth and expansion of virtual infrastrucure, Capacity Planning,coordinates and directs appropriate level data recovery strategies in support of complex data/media recoverability through system backups and database archive operations

Bachelor's Degree preferred and 8 to 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
