Role: OBIA HR analytics consultans

Location: Reading, PA

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Contract to hire/full time 

Client :  Igate

Rate/salary : Open

Job Description :

·         7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of experience on ODI, OBIEE, DAC

·         Experience of 1+ OBIA HR analytics (11.1.1.8.1 version) implementation with ODI as ETL tool

·         Experience of customizing ETL's and reports in OBIA

·         Should have worked with business for gathering requirements for new reports

·         Good exposure to DAC

·         Good knowledge of dimensional modeling

·         Should have provided maintenance support services for OBIA  implementations

·         Experience of working in onsite-offshore model  

·         Experience of using non-Oracle ERP sources in OBIA implementations
