Must Have:

ü  Minimum 5 years of Application Development work experience

ü  Experience in leading a small to medium team of developers and coordinate with other development teams

ü  Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills

ü  Solid experience in Java, J2EE programming and design techniques

ü  Solid experience in HTML and Advanced JavaScript programming

ü  Solid experience on Apache infrastructure, Weblogic, Tomcat deployment models

ü  Experience in source control, IDE and build tools like Ant, Subversion, Eclipse
