We have Urgent Openings for:

Oracle  HRMS Technical Developer with Fusion HCM

Location: Las Angeles, CA

Duration: 4 to 6 months

Start : Immediate

Interview : Telephonic & Skype

Rate: All incl, competitive

Onsite resource with  at least one Fusion HCM  technical background with the following skillset.  

• Must have Production support & Development experience

• Hands-on in Fusion HCM Interfaces and Development

• Resource has to play both the role of technical developer and should be liaison between Onsite(Client) and Offshore team.  Should delivery assigned tasks well on time with highest quality.

• Overall 5+ years of experience in developing RICEW objects in HCM , Fusion HCM area of expertise  

• Minimum one Fusion HCM implementation experience 

• Strong expertise into SQL/PLSQL , with good knowledge on HRMS tables(Core HR, benefits, Talent management) 

• Knowledge on integration of HRMS with other modules, candidate should have basic Hire to Retire business process knowledge 

• Expertise on XML Publisher reports (RTF)/BI publisher 

• ADF knowledge would be added advantage though it is not must. 

• Good communication skills are must.  Should have effective and efficient communication  ,  Should coordination well and  has to work collaboratively

• Having knowledge in Java and web services is added advantage  (Optional skillset)
