Job Description
· Configurations and Enhancements to sales force sales & service cloud is to be done.
· Has to handle Campaigns, Communities and Site Management.
· Has to handle cases and articles.
· Has to handle Opportunities and Forecasts.
Mandatory skills*
· Account, Campaign, Opportunity Management in Sales Cloud.
· Knowledge on Communities.
· CTI Implementation. ·
Experience with Service Cloud including: Service Console, Customer Portal, Case Feed, Knowledge Base and Entitlements is required.
Good to have skills* Either Sales or Service Cloud Certification would be an added advantage.
