Title : Principle Full-Stack JAVA Software Engineer

Role:
Will work with a group of energized and focused software professionals and domain experts building banking solutions leveraging contemporary tools, technologies and development methodologies to build best of the breed mobile platforms.
Carry the role of a technical lead working closely with Project Managers, Business Analyst and other IT groups; Provide technical leadership on development projects.
Architect, design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Provide realistic implementation schedules while adhering to company's architectural standards and principles.
Lead & train other developers (onsite and offshore) on a project to deliver results.
Work on several development initiatives concurrently collaborating with onsite and offshore teams. Demonstrate ownership of platform for consistent usage across projects.
Specific Responsibilities:
Hands on development as well as Leading & training other developers (onsite and offshore) to deliver results.
Drive technical designs to consensus and approval by Architecture Review Team.
Design and develop enterprise solutions for specific business need that provide frameworks, interfaces and services that can be extended and reused for future requirements.
Understand and contribute to Enterprise IT strategies.
Understand compliance regulations and adhere to development guidelines.
Must have extremely good understanding of mobile platforms, device manufacturers, mobile browsers and device management.
Work on several development initiatives concurrently and provide subject matter expertise in areas of enterprise and client facing mobile strategy and execution.
Experienced at understanding enterprise and client facing mobile applications strategy and executing on it.
Provide technical leadership (architecture, design, development oversight) and team leadership (planning, collaboration, conflict resolution, driving results) for medium (3 man-month) to large (12 man-month) sized projects
Follow and create development processes required for efficient, effective and repeatable implementations.
Must be able to oversee and get work done working with internal developers and outsourced mobile development vendors
