Our Client is looking for:

Business Analyst - HealthCare

Princeton, NJ, United States
6 months+
$50/hr

Requisition Details:
•             1. Demonstrates a good understanding of and experience in US Insurance regulatory compliances including Enterprise-wide Governance, Risk, and Compliance domain.
•             2.  Expected to have fair understanding about US regulatory bodies (NAIC, CMS, HIE, Affordable care etc) and Healthcare data standards (HIPAA, ICD, HL7, EDI etc). 
•             3.  Knowledge about other non-Health Insurance specific laws from any cross-industry mandates such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, PCI, FCPA, NIST, FFIEC and several others will be preferred
•             4.  Has expertise of business systems analyst skills, methods, techniques and tools
•             5.  Responsible for requirement development and management. Elicits, analyzes, validates and documents business, organizational and/or operational requirements
•             6.  Analyzes business functions and designs, performs testing, and writes specifications for new/existing systems 
•             7.  Assists in conducting training sessions for department personnel 
•             8.  Serves as a key facilitator within the project, acting as a bridge between the client, stakeholders and the solution team
•             9.  Possesses a working knowledge of the business, and a conceptual understanding of the technical environments in which the system operates
•             10. Responsible for business and functional requirements oversight, and execution; ownership of all functional project deliverables within the project scope. 
•             11. Refines current business specifications as the project scope is finalized; investigates and responds to business related questions, supports user acceptance testing
•             12. Experience to manage distributed team (onshore + offshore) and coordinate with client stakeholders. Responsible for keeping all the stakeholders posted of day-to-day progress.
•             13. Ensure project related team compliance
•             14. Coordinating with offshore team and working with the technical team to articulate the technical solution
•             15. Analyzes and resolves system issues related to the business process 
•             16. Builds effective alliances 
•             17. Strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to tailor messages to different audiences
•             18. Ability to direct team in achievement of project objectives 
•             Pushes back in a professional manner when project creep happens or if there is a better way to accomplish the objectives
