Job Description :

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an I/T business analyst in an HR or Finance function.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and HR
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently
• Excellent organizational skills with proven, dependable follow-through
• Highly resourceful and motivated
• Must be able to communicate effectively with business peers, IT peers, and suppliers to identify technology solutions
